The electric-efficient cases of YUANTU Glass Tempering Furnace

YUANTU 2.5kwh energy-saving toughening furnace has been launched since 2014, and the energy-saving effect has been unanimously recognized by customers.

Today, here we share with you the energy-saving effect of several this electric-efficient furnaces:

Hubei customer A: purchased YUANTU energy-saving glass tempering machine in 2014. They reported us below data in Month October 2019. Totally 160,000 KWH of electricity was consumed, and total electricity cost is RMB110,000.0 for October, cold pressing plants electricity consumption is included. The total output of toughened glass is 50,000 sqm.

Liaoning customer B: Purchased YUANTU energy-saving glass toughening furnace in 2014. Independent ammeter is used on the furnace to inspect the electricity consumption. When the loading rate was 80%, the electricity consumption is 2.7KWH per square meter, and when the loading rate was 60%, the electricity charge was 3.1 degrees per square meter.

Henan customer C: purchased YUANTU energy-saving glass toughening machine in 2015. When using the toughening furnace, the RMB100,000 electric fee can produce 25,000sqm toughened glass, and after using YUANTU energy-saving steel, same RMB100,000 electric fee can produce 40000sqm toughened glass and 2000sqm flat laminated glass.

Shandong customer D: Purchased YUANTU energy-saving tempered glass plant in 2016. In October, 2019, the average power consumption of toughened 5mm glass was 2.8~2.9 KWH.
